You are submitting a request to evaluate your journal for providing Research Impact Factor and applying for a registration of your journal database in Research Impact Factor Journals Master List. Your application will be reviewed by administrators of Research Impact Factor with the help of reviewers and scientific tools. You will then receive a positive or negative response to your request.

Research Impact Factor has no obligation to put the Journal in Journals Master List, therefore reserves the right to refuse registration of periodicals for legitimate reasons.

Research Impact Factor was created to better and more effective use of scientific information in practice. In order to ensure and maintain a high level of service and consistency, as well as to ensure that the rights of other users and third parties, registered users of Research Impact Factor should strictly adhere to the following guidelines. Any material that is considered to be incompatible with those guidelines may be partially or completely removed by the administrator, without notice.

In this document, the term - the material means any content, in particular in the form of text, video, graphics, sound, published by the user.

The acceptance and subsequent adherence to these guidelines is mandatory to register and be able to fully use the services of Research Impact Factor. In any case, users (individuals or legal entities), publishing materials on the Research Impact Factor or passing them through any communication tools, to accept, to the extent provided by law, the full responsibility for any direct or indirect violation of the rights of third parties and related the legal consequences (eg. a violation of someone else's intellectual property, copyright and human rights). Although the Research Impact Factor administrator assumes no responsibility for material posted on the site by users, however, as described below, is required to take action in order to minimize the amount of inappropriate content on the Research Impact Factor. In cases clearly proven breaches someone's rights, the administrator shall take the necessary measures to remove inappropriate materials from the site, without undue delay.

Contain content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others (eg. licenses, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.).

Be placed in a commercial user;

Materials published or transmitted on the site do not violate the provisions of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and other fundamental rights and freedoms.

Based on these guidelines, Research Impact Factor administrator reserves the right not to publish certain materials or, as mentioned earlier, for their removal, in part or in its entirety. In order to protect against fraud or conduct that may interfere with the proper functioning of the Research Impact Factor, the administrator reserves the right to, restrictions on access for some users (or class of users) to the site or in extreme cases, to delete a user account that has been guilty of abuse, without notice. Users concerned will be informed of such action.
